Breaking into tech is not easy. To support aspiring tech professionals, the YouthxGrowth Mentorship Programme was made to help them navigate the industry through a structured mentorship programme that can equip them with the necessary interpersonal skills, insights and guidance to thrive.
Mentees are paired with a seasoned industry professionals that can share with them invaluable real-world work experience as they gain a deeper understanding of the industry landscape and explore different career pathways in tech.
