We gathered 70+ student leaders representing 43 distinct polytechnic and university tech clubs across Singapore into one room at Microsoft Singapore. Traditional school curriculums and standard club structures simply cannot keep pace with an industry where AI shifts the ground every single week, leaving campus leaders isolated.
This run of the Technology Student Leaders Alliance (TSLA) broke down these institutional silos through direct, unfiltered fireside chats with industry professionals, a hands-on Copilot sandbox where leaders built live agents, and domain-specific focus groups tackling real friction points like member retention and trimester workloads.
Supported by the National Youth Fund from the National Youth Council, this session shifted students from passive tech consumers into active builders, enabling competing campus clubs to map out massive cross-school collaborations and secure the exact networks needed to lead Singapore’s digital future.
